They can’t tell you that your CTA is buried, your onboarding confuses non-technical users, or a power user will rage-quit on step three. Heutrics simulates real users with goals and frustrations, then grades the experience — not just the markup.

Heutrics handles standard signup flows (email, Google/GitHub OAuth in most cases) and detects CAPTCHA/OTP walls when it can’t proceed. For deeper authenticated flows, design partners can provide test credentials we store encrypted. Full SSO support is on the Pilot tier.

We only crawl what’s publicly reachable or what you explicitly authorize. Sessions are isolated, screenshots and recordings are stored against your account only, and you can delete any audit at any time. Pilot-tier customers get a DPA and security review.
